Everything you read on Be Happy Retired comes from one place: the lived experience of a 69-year-old man figuring out retirement as he goes, supported by reading, research, and genuine curiosity.

The distinction matters. What worked for Farook – in his life, in his circumstances, in Vietnam – may not apply to yours. Retirement is personal. Health is personal.
